Health and safety must be provided by the company or employers for their employees to prevent an accident from happening. But accident can happen all the time right? It is totally uncontrollable. Employees have the right to claim for a work accident compensation but they need to prove that the injury sustained after the accident at work was caused by someone else negligence.
